Forge Contractors recently completed a 23,683-square-foot luxury private airplane hangar and executive office complex, designed by PGA&W Architects. The facility includes a 20,245-square-foot hangar for up to seven business jets, a garage for three vehicles, and two floors of premium office suites featuring a private executive office, pilots’ lounge, flight briefing area, and a high-end kitchen and conference room—setting a new benchmark for sophistication in private aviation construction.

Acting as Construction Manager/General Contractor, Forge coordinated closely with airport operations and TSA to ensure full regulatory compliance and streamlined execution. The result is a modern aviation hub that combines safety, performance, and sophistication—a true benchmark for luxury private flight facilities in Utah.

Through strategic phasing, nighttime scheduling, and close communication with the client and design team, Forge ensured a seamless process from start to finish. The result is a modernized workspace that enhances functionality and aesthetics — completed on time, within budget, and without interruption.
