The facility includes a 20,245-square-foot hangar for up to seven business jets, a garage for three vehicles, and two floors of premium office suites featuring a private executive office, pilots’ lounge, flight briefing area, and a high-end kitchen and conference room—setting a new benchmark for sophistication in private aviation construction.
