Project Spotlight: McCullough Law Tenant Improvement

Office Renovations in Provo, Utah

Forge Contractors is proud to showcase the successful completion of the McCullough Law Tenant Improvement project — a 14,360-square-foot office renovation in Provo, Utah that demanded precision, planning, and seamless coordination.

The challenge was clear: renovate more than three-quarters of the firm’s active office floor while ensuring that McCullough Law could continue its daily operations without interruption.

Collaboration and Communication at the Core

Led by Project Manager Conley Hubert and Superintendent Mike Christensen, the Forge team approached the project with a clear focus on communication and flexibility. Regular on-site discussions and open communication with the client built a strong foundation of trust and transparency.

Weekly coordination meetings with the owner, architect, and contractor helped align construction activities with the firm’s schedule. These sessions, structured around a rolling three-week plan, allowed the team to anticipate operational needs, adapt quickly, and minimize disruptions.

Strategic Scheduling for Business Continuity

A key element of Forge’s strategy was phasing construction activities around the firm’s operations. Noisy or disruptive work — including demolition — was scheduled for evenings and weekends, allowing McCullough Law to maintain a professional environment during business hours.

The team also implemented temporary partitions and enhanced site cleanliness to ensure clients and staff experienced minimal disruption throughout the process.

Commitment to Quality and Client Experience

The McCullough Law renovation exemplifies Forge Contractors’ client-first philosophy: deliver exceptional construction results while maintaining operational continuity.

By combining strategic scheduling, proactive communication, and meticulous planning, Forge created a workspace that elevates both functionality and design — all without compromising the client’s day-to-day business.
