The Sandy Public Works Building delivers a modern, high-performance fleet maintenance facility designed to enhance the city’s operational efficiency. This completed redevelopment project supports Sandy City’s long-term goals by improving functionality, sustainability, and service delivery.

Early phases involved demolishing outdated structures to make way for this transformative initiative—an embodiment of Sandy City’s commitment to progress and future growth. The new facility features ground-up construction with concrete tilt-up and masonry walls, integrated fleet bays, offices, and storage spaces. Equipped with an overhead crane for heavy fleet servicing, the building is optimized to improve workflow and vehicle upkeep. Site improvements—including walkways, retaining walls, drainage solutions, and sustainable landscaping—further promote accessibility, resilience, and environmental responsibility.
