Mccullough Law Tenant Improvements

The McCullough Law Tenant Improvement project involved a comprehensive office remodel spanning three-quarters of the floor, all while the tenant continued to operate within the remaining space. Forge Contractors maintained a high level of daily informal communication with the tenant to ensure minimal disruption to their operations during construction. We also facilitated weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings, where we collaboratively reviewed the three-week look-ahead schedule, aligning construction activities with the tenant’s office operations and making necessary adjustments to work hours when critical meetings were scheduled. To minimize noise impacts, particularly during disruptive activities like demolition, we scheduled these tasks for nighttime hours. This project exemplifies Forge Contractors’ commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, with a particular focus on minimizing operational disruptions.
