Forge Contractors, serving in the role of Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC), successfully completed a 23,683 SF luxury private airplane hangar, seamlessly integrated with two floors of office suites. Designed by PGA&W Architects, the metal structure features a spacious 20,245 SF hangar engineered to accommodate 5-7 business jets. The adjacent garage has the capacity to house up to three cars as well as all essential mechanical equipment. The executive suite offers a private office complemented by a full bathroom and shower. The adjoining office suite includes a welcoming reception area for arrivals and departures, a comfortable pilots’ lounge with several amenities, a dedicated flight briefing zone, and two private offices.
