Vevano Historic Renovation

Forge Contractors is the construction partner for the Vevano Historic Renovation project within Salt Lake City’s iconic Miller-Toone building. Our client aimed to create a space that showcases their love for well-designed environments. Due to the historical complexity of the Miller-Toone building, our dedicated team completed the office build-out in just three months, minimizing disruptions to our client’s daily operations.

The Forge team strived to preserve the building’s unique character while introducing modern functionality and aesthetics to the Vevano office space. To minimize disturbances, we strategically managed the project by leasing adjacent office spaces on both sides of the Vevano space. This thoughtful planning and meticulous execution allowed us to seamlessly complete the project while ensuring the smooth operations of neighboring businesses.
