SkyShare FBO at South Valley Regional Airport — New Hangars & Facilities Coming to West Jordan

SkyShare was awarded the contract to provide full FBO services at South Valley Regional Airport (Airport #2) in West Jordan. In partnership with Forge Contractors, we are delivering a multi‑phase hangar development that will add more than 70 new aircraft hangars, a restaurant, and modern support facilities to serve general aviation and corporate operators across the region.
 
Phase 1 includes two T‑hangar buildings with 25 units each, a 15,000 sq. ft. community hangar, Additional phases will include multiple 60x60 SF, 80x80 SF and 100x100SF hangars. Design is currently underway, with construction expected to begin in early fall 2026 and Phase 1 scheduled for completion in late 2027. The overall program will roll out over the next five years to meet growing demand and expand airport capacity.
 
The development will offer a range of hangar sizes to accommodate single‑ and multi‑engine aircraft as well as business jets, with community hangars for shared or larger aircraft operations and executive hangars tailored to corporate aviation needs. SkyShare will provide professional FBO services including fueling, ground handling, concierge support and pilot services, complementing Forge Contractors’ delivery of high‑quality hangar facilities.
