The Woodbury Adaptive Reuse Building project presents an opportunity to transform the former Macy’s building in the old Cottonwood Mall into a modern, multi-functional high-end space. As the general contractor, Forge was hired to convert this three-story structure into a core/shell building that will later serve as a hub for retail and office activities. This involves a comprehensive adaptive reuse strategy, focusing on the preservation and enhancement of the existing building while introducing new elements to meet current standards and expectations.
