Forge was hired to construct the new US Office Headquarters for Flynn Company, incorporating high-end finishes and a multi-level design. The office space features glass storefronts and mezzanine levels, creating an open, modern aesthetic. Throughout the facility, architectural metal paneling was used, adding a sleek, sophisticated touch that mirrors the design elements of the new Central Bank Building. 

A key aspect of the project was the integration of a high-tech electronic security system. This system monitors individuals throughout both the office and warehouse spaces, requiring precise coordination between Forge, the ownership team, and security companies to ensure the site’s safety and security needs were met. This coordination was essential for securing both the interior and exterior of the building, making sure that the design’s functionality aligned with the safety requirements of a high-tech, modern workplace.
