Forge Contractors successfully completed a tenant improvement project for Dakota Pacific Real Estate in East Commerce Park—located in Pleasant Grove, Utah. Forge oversaw the transformation of a 7,600-square-foot office space and a 33,000-square-foot warehouse.
This upgraded facility for Dragonsteel Books features modern offices, a conference room, training and reception areas, a breakroom, restrooms, and open workspaces for managing the care and distribution of all the Dragonsteel books and merchandise. Owned and operated by Brandon Sanderson, a well-known fantasy author, this self-publishing book and merchandise company will use the new office space to house their operations and merchandizing teams.
