Forge Contractors was hired to manage and oversee the removal and replacement of the failed natural stone veneer on the Davis County Administration Building and HQ Library in Farmington, Utah. The primary objective was to restore the integrity and safety of the building envelope while minimizing disruption to County staff, library operations, and public access.

The original façade system, installed in 2012, had experienced widespread failure. Throughout construction, Forge maintained full operational access to both facilities—protecting the public, County employees, and elected officials—while delivering a durable, 50-year-life building envelope.
