CW Hangar 

Forge Contractors is currently overseeing the construction of a 43,150-square-foot luxury private airplane hangar, designed by PGA&W Architects. Serving as both Construction Manager and General Contractor (CMGC), Forge is developing an impressive state-of-the-art metal structure that integrates two expansive hangars and two levels of office space. The first hangar spans 10,000 square feet with an 80’x28’ hangar door, while the second is 24,000 square feet with a larger 120’x28’ door and three curtain wall windows, allowing for plenty of natural light. 

The facility also includes an adjacent 1,800-square-foot garage featuring a 20’x16’ door, designed to accommodate multiple cars, as well as essential aircraft and mechanical equipment. The executive suite offers a private office with a full bathroom and shower, while the adjoining office suite boasts a welcoming porte-cochère, a lobby and reception area for arrivals and departures, and four private offices. The space is further enhanced with a fully equipped, first-class kitchen and four restrooms.
