CW Hangar 

Forge Contractors oversaw the construction of a 43,150-square-foot luxury private airplane hangar designed by PGA&W Architects. Serving as both Construction Manager and General Contractor (CMGC), Forge developed an impressive state-of-the-art metal structure that integrated two expansive hangars and two levels of office space. The first hangar spanned 10,000 square feet with an 80’x28’ hangar door, while the second encompassed 24,000 square feet with a larger 120’x28’ door and three curtain wall windows that allowed for plenty of natural light.

The facility also included an adjacent 1,800-square-foot garage featuring a 20’x16’ door, designed to accommodate multiple cars as well as essential aircraft and mechanical equipment. The executive suite offered a private office with a full bathroom and shower, while the adjoining office suite boasted a welcoming porte-cochère, a lobby and reception area for arrivals and departures, and four private offices. The space was further enhanced with a fully equipped, first-class kitchen and four restrooms.
